From there, office procedure and the MLS system was explained, advertising in area real estate books as time went on was done, scheduling of showings under sometimes difficult circumstances was handled, and timely feedback was given me every step of the way through the sales process and finally the closing. As buying or selling a home is typically a very emotional and stressful experience, Deborah Daly seamlessly calmed the waters throughout the process and made my experience one that was enjoyable for me.

By even the highest standards, Bob Brooks would be considered exceptional. As a real estate agent, he was totally professional and engaging in a meaningful personal way. Every discussion with him was an education in real estate. I got smarter with every conversation. I am generally a skeptic and do not trust folks and vendors easily; however, without effort, Bob immediately earned my complete trust. We asked if Bob would have time to show us property, so we could get a feel of a real property vs. images on the internet. Bob nailed it-exceeding my expectations. Before I left the Weichert office on that first casual visit, I had my agent. I returned to my home state and stayed in-touch. My primary contact was Tim Worman, who gets things done in a quick and efficient way. He was very personable and easy to work with. You can tell he has a lot of experience in this field because he handled my situation with calm, cool and collected way (which I thought would be difficult... my listed house, my present location and his office all 3 are not in same City). He was a true professional throughout and gave honest and helpful advice. Some of the best guidance was how to fix costly things in bare minimum with the biggest impact before selling. He goes above and beyond, bringing his handyman "Mr. Randy" to fix anything out of way or need to fix after inspections.... and he is a fierce negotiator!
